Process Engineer (Chemical) (30K–50K) (SDG-115652)
<Job responsibilities>
- Lead/ be a part of the process design team working on onshore feasibility, conceptual, basic engineering, FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), detailed design, and EPC(Engineering-Procurement-Construction)/ EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
- Perform process simulations/calculations including heat and material balance; thermal design of exchanges; hydraulic calculations of piping networks and pipelines, blowdown studies etc.
- Perform process engineering activities and review activities carried out by Engineers, Designers, and CAD Operators.
- Prepare PFD (process Flow Diagram), P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), equipment and instrument datasheets.
- Develop process design basis; operating and control philosophy; isolation philosophy and safeguarding memorandum; relief and blowdown philosophy
- Develop Pre/Commissioning manual and Operating manual, Prepare performance test procedures
- Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- At least 3 years experience in the field within the gas industrial, petrochemical, or chemical industry.
- Experience as a principal in process engineering design in the Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical, Petrochemical, or related industries.
- knowledge of maintenance workflow, rotating equipment, and pressure systems.
- Conversational high in English to communicate with foreigners and able to use technical vocabulary via email and communicate
- Quality Management knowledge ISO 9001 : 2015 , ISO 14001 : 2015
- Planning control and Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.
- Root cause analysis, Strong Problem-Solving skills with the ability to propose and implement effective solutions.
- Highly motivated and Strong leadership qualities.
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- working Experience in Oil & Gas industry.
