<Process> Export Customer Service (Ocean Freight) (30K–35K) (SDG-114169)


<Job responsibilities>
- Receiving booking information from shipper
- Checking cargo readiness and volume.
- Space reservation to shipping line.
- Receiving booking confirmation from shipping line.
- Creating job no. from our Sales Program and printing out the booking confirm sheet/job sheet.
- Advising vessel schedule to shipper and overseas office.
- Releasing booking confirmation to shipper and operation TEAM if any.
- Follow up S/I, com.inv., and P/list from shipper.
- Sending S/I to shipping line via email or website.
- Creating H.BL and Review the correctness with confirmation from shipper.
- Checking & confirm actual onboard date and issuing H.BL
- Sending pre-alert to overseas office .
- Issuing freight invoice to shipper or overseas agent, and getting approval from manager.
- Picking up MBL from carrier by messenger.
- Delivery B/L to shipper by messenger or courier together with freight billing.
- Separating freight invoice and distributing to accounting/financial division.
- Completing the export datas in our NX records.
- Tracking the shipment arrival date in case of DAP/DDP shipment.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least Bachelor's's Degree in business , Logistics or related field
- At least 2 years of NVOCC knowledge or used to working in freight forwarder are interested
- High Conversational of English both writing and speaking.(use with client by phone and email)
- Submission of AMS for U.S.A shipment or AFR for Japan shipment
- Good skill of negotiating, coordinating, and PC skills
- Basic knowledge of U.S. Regulations and other government agency requirements
- An excellent customer service mind and positive thinking
- Ability to work well under pressure and dynamic environment

Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Mon-Fri / (Alternative Saturday (8:30 – 17:00 (4 days/year)) (Depend on team)work in office 100%)
