Procurement Engineer (Cost down/Officer-Senior Level) (30K–50K) (SDG-109642)
วิศวกรจัดซื้อ (ลดต้นทุน/เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโส)

<Job responsibilities>
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers (both domestic and overseas)
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms & conditions with suppliers to achieve target agreement and Cost down.
- Improving procurement efficiency through supplier development and evaluation
- Establishing relationships with group company procurement & engineer teams
- Develop and Maintain Strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable Supply chain
- Visit supplier in domestic and Oversea for discuss the project
- Ensure contracts comply with the company policies and legal requirements
- Conduct market research and Other tasks as assigned

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ระบุและประเมินซัพพลายเออร์ที่มีศักยภาพ (ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ)
- เจรจาราคา สัญญา ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อบรรลุข้อตกลงเป้าหมายและลดต้นทุน
- การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการจัดซื้อผ่านการพัฒนาและประเมินซัพพลายเออร์
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับทีมจัดซื้อและวิศวกรของบริษัทกลุ่มบริษัท
- พัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าห่วงโซ่อุปทานมีความน่าเชื่อถือ
- พบ Supplier ในประเทศและต่างประเทศเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสัญญาเป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัทและข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
- ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดและงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 34 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement (any industry) who searching for raw material
- Require a candidate who has skills in supplier & Cost management, Souring, compliance, procurement, and Logistics.
- High Conversational in English (Mostly for Communicate with Oversea vendor)
- Can often go Visiting to suppliers in domestic and Oversea
- Can work at others company branch mostly work at Pathum Thani Industrial area but working at Bang Pu Industrial Estate and Sathorn Office 1-3 days a month
- Proficiency in Computer literature including Microsoft office Word/ Excel/PowerPoint
- Able to Coordinate with external/internal parties efficiently
- Good communication and Negotiation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong time management skills
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Have personal car with driving license for visit company branch, mostly work at Pathum Thani Industrial area but working at Bang Pu Industrial Estate and Sathorn Office 1-3 days a month

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อเชิงกลยุทธ์ (อุตสาหกรรมใดๆ) อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ที่ค้นหาแหล่งวัตถุดิบ
- ทักษะด้านการจัดการซัพพลายเออร์และต้นทุน การจัดหา การปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด การจัดซื้อ และการขนส่ง
- สามารถสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ในการสื่อสารกับผู้ขายต่างประเทศ)
- สามารถไปพบซัพพลายเออร์ในประเทศและต่างประเทศได้บ่อยครั้ง
- สามารถทำงานที่บริษัทสาขาอื่นได้ โดยส่วนใหญ่ทำงานที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมปทุมธานี แต่ทำงานที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูและออฟฟิศสาธร เดือนละ 1-3 วัน
- มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ได้แก่ Microsoft Office Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
- สามารถประสานงานกับฝ่ายภายนอก/ภายในได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาที่ดี
- ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และเชิงกลยุทธ์
- ทักษะการบริหารเวลาที่ดี
