ผู้จัดการฝ่ายจัดซื้อ (ก่อสร้าง)

<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for procuring and purchasing for all projects, including Responsible for purchasing materials, suppliers and
equipment for project sites under the central procurement system
- Checking the list of acceptable suppliers and subcontractors is maintained through proper documented evaluation and
procurement/purchasing procedures
- Negotiate with potential suppliers and sub-contractor in the subsequent preparation of agreements for endorsement by
the respective managers, which convey the customer’s specified as well as quality assurance requirements to the
suppliers for their compliance
- Reviews all Purchase Order and documents attached
- Pushing improvements in operations by implementing supplier development strategies
- Manage procurement department staff to support site procurement and to make Strong supply chain

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- รับผิดชอบงานจัดซื้อและจัดหาสินค้าสำหรับโครงการต่างๆ รวมถึงรับผิดชอบงานจัดซื้อวัสดุ ซัพพลายเออร์ และ
อุปกรณ์สำหรับไซต์โครงการภายใต้ระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างส่วนกลาง
- การตรวจสอบรายชื่อซัพพลายเออร์และผู้รับเหมาช่วงที่ยอมรับได้นั้นต้องดำเนินการผ่านการประเมินที่มีเอกสารประกอบอย่างถูกต้องและ
ขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อ/จัดจ้าง
- เจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์และผู้รับเหมาช่วงที่มีศักยภาพในการจัดทำข้อตกลงเพื่อรับรองโดย
ผู้จัดการที่เกี่ยวข้องซึ่งส่งต่อข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าและข้อกำหนดการรับประกันคุณภาพไปยัง
ซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อการปฏิบัติตาม
- ตรวจสอบใบสั่งซื้อและเอกสารแนบทั้งหมด
- ผลักดันการปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานโดยนำกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาซัพพลายเออร์มาใช้
- จัดการเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายจัดซื้อเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดซื้อในสถานที่และสร้างห่วงโซ่อุปทานที่ดี


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree Civil Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum experience 10 years as Procurement Manager.
- Has Experience of procurement in construction company and good connection with subcontractor
- Has knowledge in procurement and purchasing techniques
- Good command in English (to Communicate with Singapore department and documents)
- Able to travel outside Bangkok during the day to Visit site
(Prachin Buri, Rayong, Chonburi)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in construction company
- Experience in Japanese company
- Experience in large size company

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri *Working in holiday (8 hrs) can be used as 1 day of substitution leave)

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างในบริษัทก่อสร้างและมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้รับเหมาช่วง
- มีความรู้ด้านเทคนิคการจัดซื้อและจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อสื่อสารกับแผนกและเอกสารของสิงคโปร์)
- สามารถเดินทางออกนอกกรุงเทพฯ ได้ในช่วงกลางวันเพื่อเยี่ยมชมสถานที่
(ปราจีนบุรี, ระยอง, ชลบุรี)

- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้าง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทขนาดใหญ่
