Product Advisor (30K–50K) (SDG-116550)
<Job responsibilities>
- Take care and take responsibility of the Technical Center.
- Assist customers and provide necessary information when they visit the Technical Center.
- Act as a call center of the Bangkok office, forward calls to respective persons in charge, and coordinate with the Sales and marketing team.
- Give advice regarding products and services at the Technical center, by phone, and via online channels.
- Hold product and technology training for new employees and new Solution Experts.
- Hold seminars products and technologies to customers, students, and any interested groups.
- Write and submit reports as scheduled.
- Other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
*Candidate who has experience A or B as below
- A : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 3 years experience in Building Technician, B2C Sales in FMCG products, Customer Service, Event or Exhibition Organizer
- B : Bachelor's Degree in any related field with 3 years experience in B2C Sales in FMCG products, Customer Service, Event or Exhibition Organizer
- Conversational high or business level in English (Use for communicating with customer and presentations, seminars)
- Can be a public speaker, MC when the company arranges the event or meeting
- Good presentation skills
- Good personality
- Able to do multiple task
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- knowledge of Sanitary consumer goods like wash toilet
- knowledge about construction or structure engineer
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality.
- the Japanese language is also a plus.
