<Position objective>
- Responsible for production control and managing subordinate

<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle production control tasks as production plan monthly and yearly
- Manage subordinate around 4members
- Control production process to work on time with good quality.
- Solve the problems and maintain standardization of production process
- KAIZEN, 5S activity for pressing process section
- Report to Japanese manager in English
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years experience as production assistant manager in manufacturing company(They use 100-250t press machine)
- Conversational middle to high level of English

Personality : Good team work person

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Work in Japanese Automobile company
- Not Job hopper
