Production Assistant Manager @Rayong (40K-75K) (SDG-50382)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Planning and organizing production schedule and line by following company’s strategy
 Manage and oversee all production line and production process of factory in Rayong
 Manage cost of tooling and equipment of production line
 Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
 Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
 Attend necessary meeting such as quality meeting, production meeting, manager meeting, project meeting etc.
 Prepare monthly report such as production process report and KPI report
 Make a plan for training, monthly action and manpower
 Keep and implement ISO standard; ISO14001, ISO/TSI16949 and OHSAS18001
 Organize production process and line to enhance productivity
 Supervising the work of junior staff, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
 Coordinate with other QA, PC, Warehouse Department to operate production smoothly



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-45 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
 At least 5 years working experience in production section
 At least 1 year management experience
 Working experience in chemical product manufacturing
 Resin related manufacturing is high advantage
 Conversational middle level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Work experience in Japanese company before
