Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the production team to understand and align with the company's strategic direction
• Develop and implement production plans and targets that are consistent with the company's goals, including quality
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure financial efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards
• Managing and controlling delivery times
• Solve production problems, provide necessary internal and external support, and determine solutions
• Control operations in accordance with the company's environmental policy (ISO 14001), quality policy (IATF 16949)
• Other tasks might be assigned

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• นำและพัฒนาทีมงานการผลิตเพื่อให้เข้าใจและสอดคล้องกับทิศทางเชิงกลยุทธ์ของบริษัท
• พัฒนาและนำแผนการผลิตและเป้าหมายที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัทไปปฏิบัติรวมถึงคุณภาพ
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิตเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีประสิทธิภาพทางการเงินในขณะที่รักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพสูง

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 32-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Production Control in Japanese automotive parts manufacturing
• At least 3 years of management (Managing more than 10 subordinates)
• Experienced in supervising the assembly of functional parts of the engine
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO14001
• Conversational-low level of English (Internal communication, reading and writing)
• Experience of set up factory, branch, company etc. is preferable.
• Conversational-high level of English (Communication with Japanese Manager) is preferable.
