Production Control Senior Supervisor (26K–31K) (SDG-118221)

<Job responsibilities>
1. Plan and control production in each process for high efficiency.
- Monitor each production stage to ensure processes run smoothly.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to prevent delays
and ensure product quality.
- Adjust plans proactively in response to sudden changes in orders or production issues.
2. Negotiate purchase orders or delivery plans of material & finished goods with customers.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm forecasts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate lead times, order quantities, and delivery terms to balance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Sales, planning, and warehouse teams to align customer requirements.
3. Plan, organize, and direct warehouse operation & Logistics control
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to Support production
and customer demands.
- Lead warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor daily operations to maintain efficiency
and accuracy.
- Manage teams to achieve sales targets and ensure on-time delivery
4. Other tasks assigned by the Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields
- At least 3 years experience in Production Control in manufacturing field
- Basic level in English (mostly used with email, documents, and reports)
- Experience as a leader or Managing team members
- Good skills in computer such as Microsoft Exel, word and Power Point
- Good skills in mathematics (plan, calculate, and analyze production and inventory)
<Preferable skill/experience>
- Experience from Automotive or Electronic industry
- Experience in SUM, AVERAGE, IF, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE
- Experience in ERP or MRP system
Language Skill
English level : Basic
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, Saturday working: every other week (According to the company's calendar))
