เจ้าหน้าประสานงานฝ่ายการผลิต

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Be responsible in production process of products, ensuring the quality and managing in-time shipment and delivery process of whole process.
• Co-operation all section concerned to achieve the production plan.
• To creating form for purchase application in production part.
• To prepare BOM, Specification, Drawing, ETC. in production meeting or production request.
• To handle some general affair work which concern with production department (10%)

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• High school or higher in any fields
• At least 2 years experience as Production control or related in Electronic field or manufacturing field.
• Advanced Conversational Middle level in English
• Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers.
• Japanese company or partner with Japanese company and involved in PCBA Business is preferable.
• Experience in acquiring and operating ISO or IATF certification is preferable.
• Experience in PCB assembly(either SMT or DIP process)
• Experience in hosting an internal production meeting is preferable.
• Experience in Consideration of Packing specifications and cost reduction is preferable.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• รับผิดชอบในกระบวนการผลิตของผลิตภัณฑ์ ควบคุมคุณภาพและจัดการการจัดส่งตรงเวลาและกระบวนการจัดส่งของทั้งกระบวนการ
• ให้ความร่วมมือทุกส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บรรลุแผนการผลิต
• จัดทำแบบฟอร์มขอซื้อในส่วนการผลิต
• เพื่อเตรียม BOM, Specification, Drawing, ETC. ในการประชุมการผลิตหรือการร้องขอการผลิต
• ดูแลงานทั่วไปที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายผลิต (10%)

ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• มัธยมหรือสูงกว่าในทุกสาขา
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการควบคุมการผลิตหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องในด้านอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือสาขาการผลิต
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• ต้องมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยมและแสดงความสามารถในการโต้ตอบกับลูกค้าทั้งภายในและภายนอกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• บริษัทญี่ปุ่นหรือหุ้นส่วนกับบริษัทญี่ปุ่นและเกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ PCBA จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการรับและดำเนินการรับรอง ISO หรือ IATF จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการประกอบ PCB (ทั้งกระบวนการ SMT หรือ DIP) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมการผลิตภายในจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการพิจารณาข้อกำหนดการบรรจุหีบห่อและการลดต้นทุนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
