Production Engineer (Coating)

วิศวกรฝ่ายการผลิต

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Daily check the production output and trouble shooting from production line.
• Summarize production data to improve the production process and productivity.
• Create new tools or generate new ideas to prevent the trouble in the production process.
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of revision controlled technical documents as required by ISO 14001.
• Provide the technical training to production operator.
• Drive continuous improvement process through the use of 5S and lean tools.


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 22-26 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer only
• GPA must more than 2.75
• Fresh graduate is also considered
• Advanced conversation low level of English

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ตรวจสอบผลผลิตและการแก้ไขปัญหาจากสายการผลิตทุกวัน
•สรุปข้อมูลการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตและผลผลิต
•สร้างเครื่องมือใหม่หรือสร้างแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต
•ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาเอกสารทางเทคนิคที่ควบคุมการแก้ไขอย่างเหมาะสมตามที่กำหนดโดย ISO 14001
•จัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิคแก่ผู้ดำเนินการผลิต
•ขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องผ่านการใช้ 5S และเครื่องมือแบบลีน


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 22-26 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาเครื่องกล, วิศวกรอุตสาหการเท่านั้น
•เกรดเฉลี่ยต้องมากกว่า 2.75
•รับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ด้วย
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนา
