Production Engineer leader (35K – 50K) (SDG-115572)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design production equipment and adjust the layout and optimize machinery.
• Automate and optimize production lines using PLC and sequence control.
• Prevent risks by performing regular inspections and repairs of production equipment.
• Parts repair and stainless-steel processing using arc welding
• Analyze operating rates and productivity to reduce waste and optimize production costs.
• Improve equipment management and work environment, maintain quality standards, and improve occupational safety.
• Support mass production by launching production of new products, designing equipment and adjusting processes.
• Having meeting with Japanese managers to report and improve

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ออกแบบอุปกรณ์การผลิตและปรับเค้าโครงและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร
• ทำให้สายการผลิตเป็นระบบอัตโนมัติและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพโดยใช้ PLC และการควบคุมลำดับขั้นตอน
• ป้องกันความเสี่ยงโดยการตรวจสอบและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์การผลิตเป็นประจำ
• ซ่อมแซมชิ้นส่วนและการประมวลผลสแตนเลสโดยใช้การเชื่อมด้วยอาร์ก
• วิเคราะห์อัตราการทำงานและผลผลิตเพื่อลดของเสียและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพต้นทุนการผลิต
• ปรับปรุงการจัดการอุปกรณ์และสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน รักษาคุณภาพมาตรฐาน และปรับปรุงความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
• สนับสนุนการผลิตจำนวนมากโดยการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ออกแบบอุปกรณ์และปรับกระบวนการ
• ประชุมกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเพื่อรายงานและปรับปรุง
• อาจมอบหมายงานอื่นๆ


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Able to program PLC (Omron, Mitsubishi, or Keyence) and Sequence Controlling
• At least 3 years’ experience as Production Planning in any manufacturing.
• At least 1 year experience of leader (experience of having at least 1 subordinate)
• Experience and able to use 2D
• Conversational-high level of English (Internal communication and meeting)
• Experience of Arc Welding is preferable.
• Working experience in chemicals or flexible liquid industries is preferable.
• Experience of daily goods or fresheners at any Japanese manufacturers is preferable.

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมใดๆ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์เป็นผู้นำอย่างน้อย 1 ปี (มีประสบการณ์ในการมีลูกน้องอย่างน้อย 1 คน)
• มีประสบการณ์และสามารถใช้ 2D ได้
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (การสื่อสารภายในและการประชุม)
• มีประสบการณ์ในการเชื่อมด้วยไฟฟ้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมเคมีหรือของเหลวที่มีความยืดหยุ่นจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับสินค้าประจำวันหรือน้ำหอมปรับอากาศในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมใดๆ ในญี่ปุ่นจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
