Production Engineer Senior Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and control manufacturing process
• Maintain and design for all facilities, jigs in production line
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning
• Make documents based on IATF
• Conduct internal audit
• Manage and instruct subordinates
• Other tasks might be assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Conversational low - middle level of English (To report JPGM)
• At least 5 years experience of metal cutting process by using CNC(M/C, Lathe) in Automotive part industry
• At least 3 years experience of management
• Having experience of using 2D and 3D CAD
• Have knowledge of ISO 14001, IATF16949 is preferable

Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industry Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri Saturday working:1-2 times in a month *Depends on their clients calendar)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-จัดการและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต
-ดูแลและออกแบบสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอุปกรณ์จับยึดในสายการผลิต
-ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตโดยการวิเคราะห์และวางแผน
-จัดทำเอกสารตาม IATF
-ดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายใน
-จัดการและแนะนำผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
-อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 40-45 ปี
-เฉพาะผู้ชาย
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาเครื่องกลวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
-มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในกระบวนการตัดโลหะโดยใช้ CNC (M / C, Lathe) ในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์
-มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
-มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ 2D และ 3D CAD
-มีความรู้ ISO 14001 ควรใช้ IATF16949
