Production Machining Manager (60K – 70K) (SDG-109988)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิตเครื่องจักร

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Control machine to make sure all process working smoothly
• Cooperate with related department when problem about machining occurred
• Responsible for doing Kaizening
• Report the performance to management team
• Prepare progress report to Machining Manager
• Other tasks as assigned

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ควบคุมเครื่องจักรเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการทั้งหมดทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
• ร่วมมือกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเมื่อเกิดปัญหาเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร
• รับผิดชอบในการทำไคเซนนิ่ง
• รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานต่อทีมผู้บริหาร
• จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายเครื่องจักร
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related field.
• At least 7 years experiences as Production Machining in automotive fields.
• At least 5 years experiences in die cast from automotive fields.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Management Level as assistant manager-manager level only.
• Advanced conversational middle Level in English
• Knowledge IATF16949, PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA and SPC
• Leadership personality with teamwork capability
• Good supervisor skills, decision-making ability, effective communication.
• Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solution to problems.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานผลิตเครื่องจักรในสาขายานยนต์อย่างน้อย 7 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานหล่อโลหะในสาขายานยนต์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในระดับบริหารอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในระดับผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ-ผู้จัดการเท่านั้น
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีความรู้ IATF16949, PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA และ SPC
• มีบุคลิกภาพเป็นผู้นำและทำงานเป็นทีมได้
• มีทักษะการเป็นหัวหน้าที่ดี มีความสามารถในการตัดสินใจ มีการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีทัศนคติเชิงรุกและมีความสามารถในการนำแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาไปปฏิบัติ
