Job Detail

- To Control operators,Machines and material to meet target of quantity ,quality ,delivery.
- Monitor manpower and manning cost to ensure smooth operations
- To focus and action to reduce reject rate or scrap quantity.
- To suggest and teach to subordinate.
- Control and manage 150 people, 5 lines, 600 CNC machines


<Necessary skill/experience>
- Degree in mechanical , electrical or related fields.
- Have experience more than 5 years in precision machining
- Having experience as a manager
- Good command in English or Japanese

<Preferable skill/experience>
- Strong knowledge in CNC machine is advantage<Necessary
