Job Responsibilities
*This position requires strong human management skill in order to complete production process on timeline

- Planning and organizing monthly production schedule and manpower by following company’s strategy and client’s request
- Manage all production process (plastic injection processing and assembly line), and the schedule of each production
- Manage the production control plan and quality assurance
- Check machine conditions and control production power
-Manage and train subordinates in production team, monitor everyone's performance and give proper advises
- Help interpreting between Japanese President and other Thai assistant manager
- Contact to Japanese head company
- Translate documents when it's necessary
- Other worked assigned by Japanese president

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
*ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องใช้ทักษะการจัดการมนุษย์ที่แข็งแกร่งเพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตเสร็จสมบูรณ์ตามกำหนดเวลา

- วางแผนและจัดตารางการผลิตและกำลังคนรายเดือนโดยปฏิบัติตามกลยุทธ์ของบริษัทและคำขอของลูกค้า
- จัดการกระบวนการผลิตทั้งหมด (กระบวนการฉีดพลาสติกและสายการประกอบ) และกำหนดการผลิตแต่ละครั้ง
- บริหารจัดการแผนควบคุมการผลิตและการประกันคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรและควบคุมกำลังการผลิต
-บริหารจัดการและฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในทีมผลิต ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของทุกคน และให้คำแนะนำที่เหมาะสม
- ช่วยล่ามระหว่างประธานาธิบดีญี่ปุ่นและผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการชาวไทยคนอื่นๆ
- ติดต่อบริษัทใหญ่จากญี่ปุ่น
- แปลเอกสาร
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากประธานาธิบดีญี่ปุ่น

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-36 years
• Male, Female
• Bachelor's degree industrial engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years working experiences as production control in manufacturing industry.
• Conversational middle level of Japanese (communicate with Japanese manager only internally (N3,N4)
• Conversational middle level of English (communicate clients by email and phone call )
• Elementary handle MS office, especially calculation formula in Excel
• Can commute by yourself
• Personality : Responsible and ambition person
• Have experience as production control in manufacturing industry is preferable
• Business level of Japanese is preferable

Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon-Fri, 1 Saturday per month or according to the company calendar)

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
• อายุ 30-36 ปี
• เพศชายเพศหญิง
• ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา (สื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นภายในเท่านั้น (N3,N4)
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา(สื่อสารลูกค้าทางอีเมลและโทรศัพท์)
• มีพื้นฐานใช้ MS office โดยเฉพาะสูตรคำนวณใน Excel
• สามารถเดินทางได้ด้วยตัวเอง
• บุคลิกภาพ : มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความทะเยอทะยาน
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
