Production Manager (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi (40K-70K) (SDG-24136)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Do production planning and make long-term and short-term schedule after getting purchase orders
 Analyze and manage production control activities to improve all process and run time
 Manage cost of production, material and also control quality of products
 Be the contact person of client when there is some problems or changes of plan
 Take responsibility for safety of factory site, keep standard of ISO and make ISO documentation
 Train staffs in production line and supervise their daily work, working process
 Implement final check of product and production quality
 Consult with Japanese MD about planning
 Other task as MD assign



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, male/female, 35-45 years
 College diploma or upper degree
 Advanced conversation level of Japanese (High) (be able to communicate with Japanese MD smoothly)
 5-7 years experiences in Production field
 Have Production management or Production control experience of "Metal cutting process"
 At least 3 years experiences in production management as manager level
 Have knowledge of CNC machine center
 Be able to commute to work by themselves

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Good command of English

Languages skills
English: Basic level
Japanese: Conversational level



Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn (Phase 8), Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday working: Every Other Saturday)
