Production Manager @Samutprakarn (50K-65K) (SDG-50997)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Make recommendations for the development of manufacturing objectives, plans and strategies.
 Develop and implement new techniques, method and process to continuously improve Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet the target
 Support quality-control programs and solve quality related issues.
 Plan and analyze machine capacity and manpower needed
 Manage production budget and controls expenses efficiently.
 Other task as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male, age 38-40 years old
 Bachelor's Degree
 Have 5 years’ experience in Production Manager (Automation Continuous; Electric power plant; Paper Plant) in automotive parts manufacturing companies
 Experience in auto parts injection and other related machine
 Good command of written English (for daily operation and documentation and communicate with Japanese expats)
 Have experience in managing team
 Knowledge in ISO 9001, ITAF16949
