<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage and control Production or QAQC department depends on your experience
- Coordinate with Japanese clients and internal Japanese person

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and control production line or QAQC work-flow
- Control production plan weekly, monthly, yearly
- Responsible for products quality
- Coordinate with clients about delivery schedules and products of quality
- Report to Japanese manager (2-3 Japanese)
- Other task will be assigned by manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years experience as production or QAQC manager in manufacturing company
- Conversation high level of Japanese
- Have experience management around 20-30people
- Not job hopper

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have knowledge and experience related to plastic products
- Work in Japanese company
- Business level of Japanese
