Production Planning Leader (35K – 50K) (SDG-115551)
หัวหน้าฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and adjust optimal production plans taking into account the blending process.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage raw materials while preventing blending errors.
• Reduce production losses and ensure stable quality.
• Improve production efficiency while taking into account equipment maintenance plans.
• Liaise with sales, logistics, and purchasing to ensure smooth production.
• Respond quickly to raw material delays and quality defects and manage risks.
• Optimize the production process and improve efficiency.
• Having meeting with Japanese managers to report and improve
• Cooperate with Sales and Supply Chain about deadline and so on.
• Other tasks might be assigned

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• พัฒนาและปรับแผนการผลิตให้เหมาะสมโดยคำนึงถึงกระบวนการผสม
• รักษาระดับสินค้าคงคลังที่เหมาะสมและจัดการวัตถุดิบในขณะที่ป้องกันข้อผิดพลาดในการผสม
• ลดการสูญเสียการผลิตและให้แน่ใจว่าคุณภาพคงที่
• ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตโดยคำนึงถึงแผนการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย โลจิสติกส์ และการจัดซื้อเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการผลิตจะราบรื่น
• ตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็วต่อความล่าช้าของวัตถุดิบและข้อบกพร่องด้านคุณภาพ และจัดการความเสี่ยง
• เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการผลิตและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ
• ประชุมกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเพื่อรายงานและปรับปรุง
• ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายขายและห่วงโซ่อุปทานเกี่ยวกับกำหนดเส้นตายและอื่นๆ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย



Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years’ experience as Production Planning in chemicals or foods/beverage as flexible liquid
• At least 3 years of experience as a leader (Experience of working with 30-50 people as a team)
• Conversational-high level of English (Internal communication and meeting)
• Having ambitious and always seek efficiency while promoting harmony within the team
• Experience of daily goods or fresheners at any Japanese manufacturers is preferable.

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเป็นผู้นำอย่างน้อย 3 ปี (มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเป็นทีมกับผู้คน 30-50 คน)
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (การสื่อสารภายในและการประชุม)
• มีความทะเยอทะยานและแสวงหาประสิทธิภาพอยู่เสมอ พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมความสามัคคีภายในทีม
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านสินค้าประจำวันหรือน้ำหอมปรับอากาศจากผู้ผลิตในญี่ปุ่นจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
