Production Planning Manager @Chonburi (70K-80K) (SDG-28584)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Be responsible for production planning, receiving orders, and any supportive tasks for Japanese GM
 To prepare production plan and be responsible for order process for 200 brands in 10 production lines by understanding of production capacity, manpower, facility.
 To analyze actual & theoretical production to conduct efficient plan by understanding of any gap, issue
 To coordinate between sales and planning department to conduct new product development, and support R&D department in a factory side
 Providing support for JP HQ and suppliers if it is necessary
 Making reports to JP GM if there is any problem occurred
 To manage and train subordinates
 Attend meeting in both Bangkok and Amatanakhorn (For BKK once in a month)
 Other tasks might be assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree in engineering field
 At least 5 years’ experience in production planning or production control
 At least 3 years management experience (Ass.Mgr above)
 Having experience of coordinate multiply stakeholders (HQ, internal department, oversea)
 Having experience in company size of 500 employees more
 Having experience of handle several kinds of products
 Able to handle multiple tasks
 Able to do data analyzing
 Good at numbers to analyze
 Business level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to communicate in Japanese
 Having experience in Japanese company

Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon-Fri *Every first Saturday working)
