หัวหน้าอาวุโสฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor & Measure production performance and resolve proactively.
• Foreseeable issues/problems together with the related people/ department.
• Drive performance with a solid understanding of manufacturing/ BOM/ ERP system.
• Analyze and plan to maximize production efficiency and labor efficiency.
• Control SKUs/Volumes per week to ensure production can execute successfully.
• Control weekly Flow chart hours to meet targets with reasonable plans.
• Work closely with the Manufacturing team to ensure no business interruption caused by the supply and to identify concerns and find proper resolution with other functions.
• Works with Master planner/ Procurement/ Engineering/ Quality team and executes the plan to develop strategic long-term.
• Lead weekly meetings to give the right signal to the production team.
• Develop people in the team to align with Mattel’s strategy.

• ติดตามและวัดผลการผลิตและแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงรุก
• คาดการณ์ปัญหา/ประเด็นต่างๆ ร่วมกับบุคลากร/แผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ขับเคลื่อนประสิทธิภาพด้วยความเข้าใจที่มั่นคงเกี่ยวกับการผลิต/ BOM/ ระบบ ERP
• วิเคราะห์และวางแผนเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและประสิทธิภาพแรงงานให้สูงสุด
• ควบคุม SKU/ปริมาณการผลิตต่อสัปดาห์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการผลิตสามารถดำเนินการได้สำเร็จ
• ควบคุมชั่วโมงการทำงานตามผังงานรายสัปดาห์เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้วยแผนที่สมเหตุสมผล
• ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมการผลิตเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีการหยุดชะงักทางธุรกิจที่เกิดจากการจัดหา และเพื่อระบุปัญหาและค้นหาวิธีแก้ไขที่เหมาะสมกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ
• ทำงานร่วมกับนักวางแผนหลัก/ ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ/ ฝ่ายวิศวกรรม/ ฝ่ายคุณภาพ และดำเนินการตามแผนเพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์ระยะยาว
• นำการประชุมรายสัปดาห์เพื่อส่งสัญญาณที่ถูกต้องไปยังทีมการผลิต
• พัฒนาบุคลากรในทีมให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ของ Mattel

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Female only
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Production planning any manufacturing.
• At least 2 years’ experience have subordinated under control.
• Advance conversation middle level of English (Monthly meeting with branch company)
• Computer literacy (Excel as Pivot, V-look up), Power BI
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills are preferable.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities are preferable.

• มีความรู้ทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (Excel เป็น Pivot, V-lookup), Power BI
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การสื่อสาร และการจัดระเบียบที่ดี
• มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและแรงจูงใจที่แข็งแกร่งจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความสามารถในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานและจัดการความรับผิดชอบที่หลากหลายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
