Production Supervisor (New Model) (30K – 40K) (SDG-115074)
หัวหน้าอาวุโสฝ่ายผลิต (ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Analyze problems in the production line and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Check drawing about product new part from design department.
• Responsible for improvement in the production line
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
• Coordinating and providing concerned department with necessary support.
• Maintaining and enhancing production yield rate, quality and productivity with continuous improvement.
• Work as assigned.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาในสายการผลิตและให้คำแนะนำเพื่อการปรับปรุง
• ตรวจสอบแบบเกี่ยวกับชิ้นส่วนใหม่ของผลิตภัณฑ์จากแผนกออกแบบ
• รับผิดชอบในการปรับปรุงสายการผลิต
• ติดตามความก้าวหน้าทางวิศวกรรมและการผลิตและแบ่งปันความรู้กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน
• ประสานงานและให้การสนับสนุนที่จำเป็นแก่แผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• รักษาและปรับปรุงอัตราผลตอบแทน คุณภาพ และผลผลิตด้วยการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ทำงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
• Have New Model experience
• Have working experience at least 3 years as Production Engineer in Automotive industry
• Not job hopper
• Conversational middle to high level of English *Interview in English *Report in English and control JP subordinates
• Able to read drawing
• Have management experience at least 2 years as Senior or higher is preferable.
• Conversational middle - high level of Japanese is preferable.

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon – Fri, Sat : Depend on company calendar (around 7 Sat/year))

• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา *สัมภาษณ์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ *รายงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและควบคุมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในแผนก JP
• สามารถอ่านแบบได้
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งอาวุโสขึ้นไปจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนาจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
