<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze problems in the production line and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Check drawing about product new part from design department.
- Responsible for improvement in the production line
- Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
- Coordinating and providing concerned department with necessary support.
- Maintaining and enhancing production yield rate, quality and productivity with continuous improvement.
- Work as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
- Have working experience at least 3 years as Production Engineer in Automotive industry
- Have management experience at least 2 years as Senior or higher
- Not job hopper
- Conversational middle to high level of English *Interview in English *Report in English
- Able to read drawing

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational middle - high level of Japanese
