Purpose and objectives:

Responsibility:
•   Interact with internal staffs to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about internal applications using.
•   Gather clients’ information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
•   Troubleshoot application problems, diagnose and solve them;
•   Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports including the response via e-mail;
•   Support new ERP after implementation. (Communicate with main support team who working in oversea)
•   Create ad-hoc report with SQL server and Crystal Report
•   Maintenance internal websites which developed by ASP, .NET and Sharpoint 2010
•   Any other tasks which assigned by supervisor.

Qualification:
•   Thai nationality, Age: 26-32
•   Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Computer Science, IT or related fields
•   At least 3 years’ experience in a professional IT environment, in roles involving application support and customization.
•   At least 1 year experience with SQL Server Database.
•   Knowledgeable and Practical experience in development of Microsoft.Net technology, Microsoft Sharpoint, and etc. is an advantage.
•   Experience in support any ERP or Accounting system is an advantage.
•   Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
•   Positive attitude, service-minded, and enthusiastic. 
         *English in Business Level (TOEIC: 700)
