Project Engineer (27K – 37K) (SDG-106871)
วิศวกรโครงการ

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
• Prepare BOM and Routing for approved parts in BOM system
• Support Production in reducing / eliminating equipment and tooling downtime by utilizing good analytical methodologies
• Create and maintain process flow, PFMEA, and Operation and Maintenance documentation
• Support and maintain error-proofing methodologies
• Initiate continuous improvement for all processes
• Support, cost estimate and document all engineering changes
• Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance relating to product, or processes and systems
• Document all activities as required

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:

• จัดเตรียม BOM และ Routing สำหรับชิ้นส่วนที่ได้รับอนุมัติในระบบ BOM
• สนับสนุนการผลิตในการลด/กำจัดอุปกรณ์และการหยุดทำงานของเครื่องมือโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ที่ดี
• สร้างและรักษาผังกระบวนการ PFMEA และเอกสารการดำเนินงานและการบำรุงรักษา
• สนับสนุนและรักษาวิธีการป้องกันข้อผิดพลาด
• เริ่มต้นการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องสำหรับทุกกระบวนการ
• สนับสนุน ประมาณการต้นทุน และบันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิศวกรรมทั้งหมด
• เริ่มต้นการดำเนินการเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดความไม่สอดคล้องใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือกระบวนการและระบบ
• บันทึกกิจกรรมทั้งหมดตามที่ต้องการ


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years work experience as project engineer, production engineer in steel manufacturing industry. (Automotive, Electronics)
• Experience in process die-cutting, die-cut tooling design.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and CAD/CAM Circuit Design.
• Advance conversation in low-middle level of English.

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านซอฟต์แวร์การออกแบบ รวมถึง AutoCAD และ CAD/CAM Circuit Design
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
