Project Engineer (Industrial Machinery) (30K – 45K) (SDG-115665)
วิศวกรโครงการ (เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Conceptual drawing / Specification and communication with Customer
• Preparation RFQ and Specification for Bidding
• Communication and follow up technical concern / questionnaire with Customer / supplier
• Technical clarification after RFQ / Specification receipt from Customer / Supplier
• Project Management / on-site installation and coordination with supplier and Customer’s
• Create new Jobs for Current Customer (new idea of Automation)
• Look for NEW customers to implement Automation.
• Basic documentations as Sales. (P.O/Sales Contract/ INV/ DO … etc.)
• Support Sales & Engineers with current customers when necessary.
• Support Sales with Energy Save business.
• Look for Potential Companies to Invest in.
• Communicate with HQ Japan side, to support projects, to gather information. (sell machinery, investment, F/S …etc.)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดทำแบบร่างแนวคิด/ข้อกำหนดและสื่อสารกับลูกค้า
• จัดทำคำขอเสนอราคาและข้อกำหนดสำหรับการประมูล
• สื่อสารและติดตามปัญหาทางเทคนิค/แบบสอบถามกับลูกค้า/ซัพพลายเออร์
• ชี้แจงทางเทคนิคหลังจากคำขอเสนอราคา/รับข้อกำหนดจากลูกค้า/ซัพพลายเออร์
• จัดการโครงการ/ติดตั้งในสถานที่และประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้า
• สร้างงานใหม่สำหรับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน (แนวคิดใหม่ของระบบอัตโนมัติ)
• มองหาลูกค้าใหม่เพื่อนำระบบอัตโนมัติมาใช้
• จัดทำเอกสารพื้นฐาน เช่น การขาย (P.O./สัญญาการขาย/ใบแจ้งหนี้/DO … เป็นต้น)
• สนับสนุนฝ่ายขายและวิศวกรกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันเมื่อจำเป็น
• สนับสนุนฝ่ายขายด้วยธุรกิจประหยัดพลังงาน
• มองหาบริษัทที่มีศักยภาพในการลงทุน
• สื่อสารกับสำนักงานใหญ่ฝั่งญี่ปุ่นเพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการและรวบรวมข้อมูล (ขายเครื่องจักร ลงทุน สินทรัพย์ถาวร ฯลฯ)


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree of Mechanical Engineer
• At least 5 years of working experience as Sales Engineer or Engineer of Machinery
• Conversational middle to high level of English (Communicate with foreigner/ Internal and external)
• Computer skill basic program (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Have basic understanding of Machinery (Can imagine what kind of product it is from drawings)
• Have experience working on site and doing project management
• Basic knowledge for international trading
• Documentation skills for RFQ /P.O/Sales Contract/ INV
• Flexible mind, and can work as a Team / Communicate with customers
• Have motivation and ambition
• Able to work on Holiday (Sat/Sun/Public), if required
• Working experience in industrial machine industry is preferable.
• Able to use own car is preferable.
• Able to use cad or 3D software operation is preferable.

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
• อายุ 30-35 ปี
• เพศใดก็ได้
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งวิศวกรขายหรือวิศวกรเครื่องจักรอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (สามารถสื่อสารกับชาวต่างชาติ/ภายในและภายนอกได้)
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน (Word, Excel, PPT)
• มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร (สามารถจินตนาการได้ว่าผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นประเภทใดจากแบบ)
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสถานที่และจัดการโครงการ
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการค้าระหว่างประเทศ
• มีทักษะการจัดทำเอกสารสำหรับ RFQ/P.O/Sales Contract/INV
• มีความคิดที่ยืดหยุ่น และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีม / สื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้
• มีแรงบันดาลใจและความทะเยอทะยาน
• สามารถทำงานในวันหยุดได้ (วันเสาร์/อาทิตย์/วันหยุดราชการ) หากจำเป็น
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม CAD หรือ 3D ได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
