<Job responsibilities>
・Being in charge of projects from mainly Group company in Singapore.
・Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in details with clients and arrange project schedule
・Understand clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, develop design concepts after consultation with clients and establish the final plan
・Consider materials and costs according to budget and project fees negotiation
・Conduct feasibility studies for projects/Project Management
・Maintain the standard of Quality/Cost/Delivery
・Research and gather information and photographs related to the project
・Produce 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients (Sales Promotion)
・Coordinate with constructor to manage deadline from client
・Other tasks as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
・รับผิดชอบโครงการจากกลุ่มบริษัทส่วนใหญ่ในสิงคโปร์
・พัฒนาแนวคิดเบื้องต้นและรับข้อมูลสำคัญเกี่ยวกับโครงการที่มีศักยภาพ หารือเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดในรายละเอียดกับลูกค้า และจัดกำหนดการโครงการ
・เข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าและความต้องการของผู้ใช้อาคาร พัฒนาแนวคิดการออกแบบหลังจากปรึกษาหารือกับลูกค้า และสร้างแผนขั้นสุดท้าย
・พิจารณาวัสดุและต้นทุนตามงบประมาณและการเจรจาค่าธรรมเนียมโครงการ
・ดำเนินการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้สำหรับโครงการ/การจัดการโครงการ
・รักษามาตรฐานด้านคุณภาพ/ต้นทุน/การจัดส่ง
・ค้นคว้าและรวบรวมข้อมูลและภาพถ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ
・จัดทำ 'ตัวอย่าง' หรือ 'บอร์ด' เพื่อนำเสนอแก่ลูกค้า (ส่งเสริมการขาย)
・ประสานงานกับคอนสตรัคเตอร์เพื่อจัดการกำหนดเวลาจากลูกค้า
・งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 32 - 53 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related fields
・Experience more than 10 years in construction industry
・Software skill : AutoCAD / SketchUp / Excel Word Powerpoint
・Project Management experience (Client relationship / Constructor relationship / Supplier relationship)
・High level of English skill（written and spoken)
*Can Communicate in English
・Must be able to travel
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
・Experience in interior Designer for office

・มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างมากกว่า 10 ปี
・ทักษะด้านซอฟต์แวร์ : AutoCAD / SketchUp / Excel Word Powerpoint
・ประสบการณ์การบริหารโครงการ (ความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า / ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้สร้าง / ความสัมพันธ์กับซัพพลายเออร์)
・ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (เขียนและพูด)
*สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
・ต้องสามารถเดินทางได้
