Project Manager (Mobile Application) (50K–80K) (SDG-63258)

<Job Responsibilities>
- In charge of management, schedule and quality for product development.
- Product strategy: Product Requirements Document (PRD) and Wireframe.
- Accountable for delivering outcomes appropriate to and beyond requirements in defined/scheduled timeline.
- Define, manage, develop and customize necessary processes for project management online with company circumstances.
- Manage the whole department for in-house projects as well as other new projects.
- Responsible for resources planning, recruitment, allocation and utilization for the department.
- Analyze issues as well as plan development process, policy and KPI.
- Provide coaching and mentoring with people management and leadership skills.
- Implement continuous improvement of software development services.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- More than 5 years in Project Manager / IT Architect or Technical Lead in Web/Mobile Application
- Team management experiences and willing to do coding if needed
- Proven experiences in PRD and Wireframe in Mobile Application Development
- Good command in verbal and written in English (Work with expatriates)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Programming skill: JAVA
- Experience of setting up a new team
- Having Korean language skills

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบการจัดการ กำหนดการ และคุณภาพในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
- กลยุทธ์ผลิตภัณฑ์: เอกสารข้อกำหนดผลิตภัณฑ์ (PRD) และ Wireframe
- รับผิดชอบในการส่งมอบผลลัพธ์ที่เหมาะสมและเกินความต้องการในไทม์ไลน์ที่กำหนดไว้/ตามกำหนดเวลา
- กำหนด จัดการ พัฒนา และปรับแต่งกระบวนการที่จำเป็นสำหรับการจัดการโครงการออนไลน์ตามสถานการณ์ของบริษัท
- บริหารจัดการทั้งแผนกสำหรับโครงการภายในและโครงการใหม่อื่นๆ
- รับผิดชอบการวางแผนทรัพยากร การจัดหา การจัดสรร และการใช้ประโยชน์ของแผนก
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาตลอดจนกระบวนการพัฒนาแผน นโยบาย และ KPI
- ให้การฝึกสอนและให้คำปรึกษาด้วยทักษะการบริหารคนและความเป็นผู้นำ
- ดำเนินการปรับปรุงบริการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์อย่างต่อเนื่อง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 30 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มากกว่า 5 ปีใน Project Manager / IT Architect หรือ Technical Lead in Web/Mobile Application
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการทีมและเต็มใจที่จะทำการเข้ารหัสหากจำเป็น
- ประสบการณ์ที่พิสูจน์แล้วใน PRD และ Wireframe ในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันมือถือ
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ทำงานกับชาวต่างชาติ)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ทักษะการเขียนโปรแกรม: JAVA
- ประสบการณ์การตั้งทีมใหม่
- มีทักษะภาษาเกาหลี
