<Job responsibilities>
- Project management of parking business related construction
- Monitoring the end-to-end of the project
- Evaluating the potential risk and solve issues during the installation and commissioning
- Equipment installation
- Electrical wiring
- Commissioning start-up
- Contractor supervision and construction management
- Any tasks assigned by Japanese MD

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- การบริหารโครงการธุรกิจที่จอดรถที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการก่อสร้าง
- ติดตามผลตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบโครงการ
- การประเมินความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นและแก้ไขปัญหาระหว่างการติดตั้งและการว่าจ้าง
- การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์
- สายไฟฟ้า
- การว่าจ้างสตาร์ทอัพ
- การควบคุมผู้รับเหมาและการจัดการการก่อสร้าง
- งานใดๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・More than bachelor's degree
・More than 3 years experience of project management in electrical equipment, electronics or machinery
・Can use CAD or auto CAD
・More than conversational level of English
・Having a driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having a personal car

Japanese level : None
