Job Responsibilities
- Project Management Flow Projects from manufacturing responsibility (Application). Project management for existing/ matured processes. Plan, conduct & control Manufacturing related Projects to be on time, in scope, in quality (Product & Process spec, Customer's valid requirements, Legal, International standard).
- Improve critical path. controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes recommend countermeasures in case of deviations.
- Controls project costs by managing expenditures (Capex, expenditures, tooling, reuse investments) and updating investment planning.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends recommending actions and reporting directly to customer. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Project executing and documentation according to relevant standards. Cooperation, Communication and Integration to manufacturing related roles.
- Plan and realize improvement activities.

- Project Management Flow Projects จากความรับผิดชอบด้านการผลิต (Application) การจัดการโครงการสำหรับกระบวนการที่มีอยู่/ครบกำหนดแล้ว วางแผน ดำเนินการ และควบคุมโครงการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตให้ตรงเวลา ในขอบเขต และมีคุณภาพ (ข้อมูลจำเพาะของผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการ ข้อกำหนดที่ถูกต้องของลูกค้า กฎหมาย มาตรฐานสากล)
- ปรับปรุงเส้นทางวิกฤติ ควบคุมแผนโครงการโดยการทบทวนการออกแบบ ข้อกำหนด และการเปลี่ยนแปลงแผนและกำหนดเวลา แนะนำมาตรการรับมือในกรณีที่มีการเบี่ยงเบน
- ควบคุมต้นทุนโครงการโดยการจัดการค่าใช้จ่าย (เงินลงทุน ค่าใช้จ่าย เครื่องมือ การลงทุนที่นำกลับมาใช้ใหม่) และอัปเดตการวางแผนการลงทุน
- จัดทำรายงานสถานะโครงการโดยการรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และสรุปข้อมูลและแนวโน้มที่แนะนำการดำเนินการและรายงานตรงต่อลูกค้า มีส่วนร่วมในความพยายามของทีมโดยบรรลุผลที่เกี่ยวข้องตามความจำเป็น
- การดำเนินโครงการและเอกสารตามมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ความร่วมมือ การสื่อสาร และการบูรณาการกับบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต
- วางแผนและตระหนักถึงกิจกรรมการปรับปรุง
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-33 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree or higher in the Engineering field.
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Quality Engineer for new model or project in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of measurement system
• Strong Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, VDA requirements
• Strong knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA)
• Advance conversation in middle-high level of English.
• Can start work immediately would be an advantage.
• Experience from 1st Tier automotive would be an advantage.
• IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification is preferred
• Experience in the European automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.
