Job Detail

• Manage and supervise Purchasing Team
• Coordinate with supplier and customer
• Check and approve P/O issued, follow up delivery to customer and supplier both domestic and overseas
• Supplier evaluation control
• Prepare monthly report of purchasing section
• Maintain existing suppliers and source new ones
• Report to Manager in occasionally
• The other assigned task by the Manager

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30 (Mon - Fri)






• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of Purchasing experience in Electronic or Semiconductors, Printer/Machine, Automotive, etc.
• Conversational high level of Japanese or study or work in Japan
• Conversational middle level of English
• Computer literacy of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
• Personality: positive and bright
• Business level of Japanese is preferable
