Purchasing Chief (Machinery/Ayutthaya) (35K–40K) (SDG-103343)
หัวหน้าฝ่ายจัดซื้อ (เครื่องจักร/อยุธยา)

<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for direct procurement of sourcing and distributing process
- Lead sourcing and negotiation to get the best value for the Company on Pricing, delivery, and product quality as per Company policy/guidance
- Perform inventory inspection and reorder consumables and inventory as needed
- Update and Maintain records for all orders, payments, received and Issue the receipt.
- Control inventory always and make a report if items is lower than standard and report the division immediately.
- Coordinate with Logistic Company to follow up on rescheduled delays or orders goods.
- Contact & support follow up all Issue & all shipping document such as B/L, PI, invoice, FTA form with oversea supplier and shipping agent on Import documents until the goods arrived in Thailand
- Other duties as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- รับผิดชอบในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างโดยตรงของกระบวนการจัดหาและจัดจำหน่าย
- เป็นผู้นำในการจัดหาและเจรจาต่อรองเพื่อให้ได้มูลค่าสูงสุดสำหรับบริษัทในด้านราคา การจัดส่ง และคุณภาพสินค้าตามนโยบาย/คำแนะนำของบริษัท
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังและจัดลำดับวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองและสินค้าคงคลังใหม่ตามความจำเป็น
- ปรับปรุงและรักษาบันทึกสำหรับการสั่งซื้อ การชำระเงิน การรับและการออกใบเสร็จรับเงินทั้งหมด
- ควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังอยู่เสมอและจัดทำรายงานหากสินค้าต่ำกว่ามาตรฐานและรายงานแผนกทันที
- ประสานงานกับบริษัท Logistic เพื่อติดตามความล่าช้าหรือสั่งซื้อสินค้า
- ติดต่อและสนับสนุนติดตามปัญหาและเอกสารการจัดส่งทั้งหมด เช่น B/L, PI, ใบแจ้งหนี้, แบบฟอร์ม FTA กับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศและตัวแทนจัดส่งในเอกสารนำเข้าจนกระทั่งสินค้ามาถึงประเทศไทย
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 5 years of working experience as Purchasing position in manufacturing company
・Conversational middle-high level of English
・Person who can work actively
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Person who has management experience
・Working experience in small sized company
・Working experience in Japanese company

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: U-Thai, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
