Job Detail

- Local & Overseas purchasing raw materials and both direct and in-direct, Issue PO, delivery and others.
- Import & Export process and coordinate with delivery.
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Managing and ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Formulate and Support of all local & Overseas procurement policies to achieve the procurement of company target.
- Coordinate with other sections to support related functions to reach business goals.
- Tasks assigned by Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree only in business administration or science Program in Chemistry. !!
- At least 5 years. experience in Procurement /Purchasing with manufacturing field (Plastics or chemical industry).
- Has experience purchase Raw materials.
- 3 years management in Assistant - manager level.
- Have knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Advance conversation middle - high level of English.
- Good negotiation skill & proactive.
- Ability to use (MS office, SAP)

Preferable Skill / Experience
- Can communicate in Chinese language will be a plus.
