<Job Responsibilities>
 Planning and conducting all Purchasing activity and Policy for Achieve Objective.
 Coordinates with Operation in order to ensure effective MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and work closely with production planning and Sale section have receive order to ensure raw material can delivery as per MRP
 Contact and Development Supplier follow up Customer Requirement to Improvement follow organization of policy for satisfaction.
 Review Approval purchasing document for purchase order to identify purchase requirement.
 Develop and maintain documentation and procedure for demand purchasing follow planning processes.
 Control and Maintain Business goal and strategies for department.
 Assign and divide authority to subordinates and follow up or evaluation their work and performance also.
 Coordinate with related department for corrective and preventive in Raw Material problem.
 Analysis and interprets construction bills of material, scopes, specifications, etc, elements to determine the content & plan manageable work.
 Purchase management and monitoring cost have concern material to purchase section.
 Conduct and implement IATF 16949 and ISO 1400I system activities.
 Support for Audit process
 Manage the utilization of benefits to reduce the cost of purchasing raw.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree
 At least 5 years experienced in Purchasing field (Manufacturing or Trading: Automotive, Machinery, Parts, Electronics, Plastics or related field)
 Management experience with subordinates
 English (Documents, email)
 Have own car or motorcycle (commute to work)


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Direct experienced in Automotive field in Manufacturing Company
 Training experience ISO 14001 and IATF 16949
 Early or Immediately join

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมการจัดซื้อและนโยบายทั้งหมดเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์
- ประสานงานกับ Operation เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่า MRP มีประสิทธิภาพ (Material Requirements Planning) และทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิตและฝ่ายขายได้รับคำสั่งซื้อเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าวัตถุดิบสามารถจัดส่งได้ตาม MRP

- ตรวจทานเอกสารอนุมัติการจัดซื้อสำหรับใบสั่งซื้อเพื่อระบุความต้องการซื้อ
- พัฒนาและรักษาเอกสารและขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อตามความต้องการให้เป็นไปตามกระบวนการวางแผน
- ควบคุมและรักษาเป้าหมายและกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจของแผนก
- มอบหมายและแบ่งอำนาจหน้าที่ให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา และติดตามหรือประเมินผลงานและผลงานของพวกเขาด้วย
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขและป้องกันปัญหาด้านวัตถุดิบ
- วิเคราะห์และตีความบิลการก่อสร้างของวัสดุ ขอบเขต ข้อกำหนด ฯลฯ องค์ประกอบเพื่อกำหนดเนื้อหาและวางแผนงานที่สามารถจัดการได้
- การจัดการการจัดซื้อและการติดตามต้นทุนมีส่วนสำคัญในการจัดซื้อ

- สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 35-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในด้านการจัดซื้อ (การผลิตหรือการค้า: ยานยนต์, เครื่องจักร, ชิ้นส่วน, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, พลาสติกหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- ประสบการณ์การจัดการกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- ภาษาอังกฤษ (เอกสาร, อีเมล)
- มีรถยนต์หรือรถจักรยานยนต์เป็นของตัวเอง (เดินทางไปทำงาน)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านยานยนต์ในบริษัทผู้ผลิต
- ประสบการณ์การฝึกอบรม ISO 14001 และ IATF 16949
- เข้าร่วมเร็วหรือทันที
