Job Detail

- Oversee and manage the entire process of quality control, including incoming material inspection, system maintenance, process monitoring, delivery inspection, and customer complaint handling.
- Leading to implementing the organization's problem-solving process and system.
- Organizing and conducting the quality status meeting of the New model project product.
- Coordinating with production teams to ensure delivery of New model products by each change level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Comply with all IATF & ISO established procedures, which includes maintaining up-to-date IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001 documentation and preparation for external audit.
- Initiating, coordinating, and following up on New model defect root cause analysis, and defect elimination.

・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
・Have working experience at least 8 years of QA/QC in automotive manufacturing industry
・Have management experience at least 3 years as QA/QC Supervisor or higher
・Have working experience of IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
・Conversation middle-high level of English
・Able to use MS office
・IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification is advantage.
