QA Assistant Manager (Tire) (50K–60K) (SDG-108452)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพ (ยาง)

<Job responsibilities>
- Hold the training and update requirement for ASEAN Group
- Consult and support each Factory in ASEAN area.
- Consult for issue from quality management system Audit, OE-Audit and follow up the effectiveness for ASEAN Group
- Support Head Office for any issue (if need), especially concerned with customer requirement.
- Review / training for CSR (OEM) and OE customer activities
- Leading or supervise for ASEAN reginal Plant and remote location to Certify/
- Handle the PPAP submission for import tire and cooperate for APQP activity in each project
- Interacting cross-functionally with concerned departments to ensure related products and processes are compatible to meet CSR
- Leading quality improvement project with internal and external departments for continuous improvements and following up project progress according to the master plan.
- Cooperate with plant to follow up OE issued and its countermeasure to protect occurrence

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดอบรมและปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดของกลุ่มอาเซียน
- ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนโรงงานแต่ละแห่งในพื้นที่อาเซียน
- ให้คำปรึกษาปัญหาจากการตรวจประเมินระบบบริหารคุณภาพ การตรวจประเมิน OE และติดตามประสิทธิผลของกลุ่มอาเซียน
- สนับสนุนสำนักงานใหญ่สำหรับปัญหาต่างๆ (หากจำเป็น) โดยเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ทบทวน/ฝึกอบรมกิจกรรม CSR (OEM) และ OE ของลูกค้า
- เป็นผู้นำหรือกำกับดูแลโรงงานภูมิภาคอาเซียนและสถานที่ห่างไกลเพื่อรับรอง/
- ดำเนินการยื่น PPAP เพื่อนำเข้ายางล้อ และร่วมมือกิจกรรม APQP ในแต่ละโครงการ
- โต้ตอบข้ามสายงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้ากันได้เพื่อให้เป็นไปตาม CSR
- นำโครงการปรับปรุงคุณภาพร่วมกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกเพื่อปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องและติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการตามแผนแม่บท
- ร่วมมือกับโรงงานเพื่อติดตาม OE ที่ออกและมาตรการรับมือเพื่อป้องกันเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- At least 5-10 years of experience in Quality Management System and OEM Car Manufacturer.
- Hold the training for IATF16949
- PPAP/PSW Prepare and submission
- knowledge of APQP activity (Adcance product quality planning)
- Good command of English (TOEIC 600 up), Use for communicate with HQ and ASEANs
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Lead Auditor on QMS will be advantage
- Leadership, Lead all member on QMS
- Analytical review and logical thing
- Problem solving and teaching skill
- Report skill to Manager (with basic Excel and Power point skills)
- Time management and planning with each subsidiaries and distributors

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5-10 ปีในด้านระบบการจัดการคุณภาพและผู้ผลิตรถยนต์ OEM
- จัดอบรม IATF16949
- PPAP/PSW จัดทำและส่ง
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรม APQP (การวางแผนคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ขั้นสูง)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC 600 ขึ้นไป) ใช้ในการสื่อสารกับ HQ และอาเซียน
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- Lead Auditor ด้าน QMS จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความเป็นผู้นำ นำสมาชิกทุกคนใน QMS
- การทบทวนเชิงวิเคราะห์และตรรกะ
- ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและการสอน
- รายงานทักษะต่อผู้จัดการ (พร้อมทักษะ Excel และ Power point ขั้นพื้นฐาน)
- การบริหารเวลาและการวางแผนกับบริษัทย่อยและผู้จัดจำหน่ายแต่ละราย
