QA Assistant Manager/Manager (Food) @SamutSakhon (30K-50K) (SDG-40624)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Inspect merchandise at outlet-check appearance, weight ingredient according to recipe, freshness, Bacteriological test
 Inspect self-grooming for Outlet staff-check uniform, fingernail, hair, etc., check Bacteriological test for hands, cooking utensil, etc.
 Inspect Cleanliness-check chiller showcase, cleanliness for preparation (kitchen), freezer and refrigerator, kitchen equipment and utensil for cleanliness and keep goods in order
 Report and make improvement plan. Visited all outlet and make report above matter to Management
 Cooperate with Training Dept. to suggest to work improving plan



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Food science or other related field
 5 year of experience in Food business as QA both Restaurant or Manufacturing are acceptable + managerial/supervisor level
 Able to work in factories in Samut Sakhorn/Mahachai
 Own car + driving license
 English: Conversational
