Responsibility:
Work Outline
QA department in the implementation of proactive quality systems that will position OMT a leader in process and assure product quality through continuous improvement
Duties
Lead the quality initiatives of OMT
Improve and implement QMS processes to ensure customer requirements for product quality are met
Ensure customer Quality problem root causes are analyzed and promptly contained and resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
Selection and development of highly effective professional quality staff
Ensure support of Program Management to achieve timely, effective and accurate product launches
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to work with and lead cross functional teams to drive quality results
Able to communicate and collaborate with Japan headquarter to strengthen quality level and implement global project
Conduct sensitive discussions and negotiation with Customer and Supplier on the handling quality issues
Qualification:
[Must]
Minimum of 10 years Automotive experience
Minimum of 7 years supervisory experience including supervision of professional staff
English communication skills (oral and written)
[PREFER]
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
In-depth knowledge of automotive components quality problem solving processes
Language Skill:
English: Business level (oral and written)
Japanese: None

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.00 – 17.00) *Occasionally Saturday work is forced
About the Benefit
Salary: 75,000-84,000 THB/ Month*Plus position fee 17,000THB
