QA Manager (Plastic) (60K–66K) (SDG-108901)

<Job responsibilities>
- Management of approximately 30 members
- Monitor operations to ensure their alignment with production standards
- Claim support, supplier quality improvement.
- Inspect, test, and measure new products
- Reject or accept finalized items
- Measure significant products with calipers, micrometers, rulers, or gauges
- Attend Meeting and Discuss with internal engineer team
- Discuss Inspection outcomes with the Responsible team or person
- Remove the products that do not meet desired specifications
- Report Inspection results and test data
- Other duties as assigned
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- บริหารจัดการสมาชิกประมาณ 30 คน
- ตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานให้มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการผลิต
- การสนับสนุนการเรียกร้องการปรับปรุงคุณภาพซัพพลายเออร์
- ตรวจสอบ ทดสอบ และวัดผลผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- ปฏิเสธหรือยอมรับรายการที่สรุปผลแล้ว
- วัดผลิตภัณฑ์ที่สำคัญด้วยคาลิปเปอร์ ไมโครมิเตอร์ ไม้บรรทัด หรือเกจ
- เข้าร่วมประชุมและหารือกับทีมวิศวกรภายใน
- หารือเกี่ยวกับผลการตรวจสอบกับทีมงานหรือบุคคลที่รับผิดชอบ
- ลบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่ตรงตามข้อกำหนดที่ต้องการ
- รายงานผลการตรวจสอบและข้อมูลการทดสอบ
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 38 - 47 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of working experience in QA/QC position in plastic manufacturing, injection industry
- Working Experience as manager
- Conversational low level of English (for Documentation)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing
- Experience in the manufacturing company of plastic bottle or container

Working Hour: 8:00-16:45(Mon-Fir *Lunch break: 45 mins)
