QA Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain and conduct internal audit accordingly to ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and improve internal auditor’s skill.
• Establish and improve quality activities in updated standards Including requirements and regulations.
• Ensure proper control, maintenance and updating of documentation for quality management system (QMS).
• Responsible for QMR Activities.
• Maintain and Improve product quality in order to meet company expectations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure that quality issues are carried out properly.
• Prepare quality reports and effectively communicate to manager and other concerns in time.
• Analyse and review weaknesses in the quality process/area and quality control system.
• Make recommendations or proposals for quality improvement and internal/external training.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Female only
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Have working experience at least 3 years about QA in any manufacturing industry
• Have working experience about ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, Quality Assurance Capability, QC Tools, Statistical Analysis, Audit, QMR and QMS.
• Conversational low level of English

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• รักษาและดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในตาม ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 และปรับปรุงทักษะของผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน
• จัดตั้งและปรับปรุงกิจกรรมคุณภาพในมาตรฐานที่เป็นปัจจุบัน รวมถึงข้อกำหนดและระเบียบข้อบังคับ
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการควบคุม การบำรุงรักษา และการปรับปรุงเอกสารสำหรับระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (QMS) อย่างเหมาะสม
• รับผิดชอบกิจกรรม QMR
• รักษาและปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามความคาดหวังของบริษัทและความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ประสานงานกับสมาชิกในทีมและแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าปัญหาด้านคุณภาพมีการดำเนินการอย่างเหมาะสม
• เตรียมรายงานคุณภาพและสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการและข้อกังวลอื่น ๆ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในเวลา
• วิเคราะห์และทบทวนจุดอ่อนในกระบวนการ/พื้นที่และระบบการควบคุมคุณภาพ
• จัดทำข้อเสนอแนะหรือข้อเสนอสำหรับการปรับปรุงคุณภาพและการฝึกอบรมภายใน/ภายนอก
• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• ผู้หญิงเท่านั้น
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับ QA ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, Quality Assurance Capability, QC Tools, Statistical Analysis, Audit, QMR and QMS
• ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับสนทนา
