QA,QC Manager (55K – 65K) (SDG-112121)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพและควบคุมคุณภาพ

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality.
• Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern.
• Conduct audit and Quality risk analysis for the production site.
• Contact with the client and report to the parent company.
• Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to the client.
• Trouble shooting by analysis and making countermeasures to reduce monthly & daily problems.
• Keep KPI targets and analyzes the problem to achieve KPI.
• Perform other tasks assigned.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีคุณภาพ
• รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหารและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ
• ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพสำหรับสถานที่ผลิต
• ติดต่อกับลูกค้าและรายงานต่อบริษัทแม่
• จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นต้องส่งให้ลูกค้า
• แก้ไขปัญหาด้วยการวิเคราะห์และกำหนดมาตรการแก้ไขเพื่อลดปัญหาประจำเดือนและประจำวัน
• กำหนดเป้าหมาย KPI และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อบรรลุ KPI
• ดำเนินการงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-48 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
• At least 8 years experiences as QA,QC Engineer from automotive company
• At least 2 years management experiences as Assistant Manager or higher
• Must have working experience with Aluminum die casting product
• Have experience about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and TS 16949
• Conversational daily - middle level of English
• Have working experience about QMR is preferable.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Saturday Working: Twice a month)

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งวิศวกรฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพและควบคุมคุณภาพจากบริษัทผลิตรถยนต์อย่างน้อย 8 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือสูงกว่า
• ต้องมีประสบการณ์การทำงานกับผลิตภัณฑ์หล่ออลูมิเนียม
• มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ ISO 9001, ISO 14001 และ TS 16949
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ QMR จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
