QC Assistant Manager @Rayong (46K-48K) (SDG-26709)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for inspect and maintain quality of products, then improve assembly, welding process
 Coordinates activities of members engaged in inspecting incoming parts from supplier, in process and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
 Manage procedure of quality concern
 Implement inspection procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
 Negotiate with suppliers, handle complaining from customers to solve the problems
 Notifies suppliers and subcontractors of reasons for rejection of materials and parts received
 Safety system maintain and risk review to protect quality matter
 Manage progress for each KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI
 Prepare documents and report which is needed to submit to client
 Be responsible for making ISO reports
 Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem
 Train junior staff and manage sub-contractor
 Perform other tasks as assign by JP MD



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-40 years old
 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineer field
 At least 5 years’ experience as QC engineer in automotive field ( Both product and facility )
 Conversational level of English
 Be able to commute to work by themselves
 Having knowledge of ISO

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having working experience in Japanese company

Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Saturday Working: 1-2 times per month)
