QC Engineer @Chachoengsao (15K-20K) (SDG-21982)
<Job Responsibilities>
Support customer the audit process and products.
Prepare product co-check for new suppliers.
Prepare PPAP (Production part approval process) for new suppliers.
Follow-up inspection of raw materials and the finished product for new products in the manufacturing process.
Prepare inspection standard for customer approval
Analyze defect from production process to find solution.
Coordinating and monitoring the Process Control related activities
Maintaining continuous improvements of the control processes.
Actively supporting and participating implementation of standards / regulations / rules in force on the product, consumer protection and management systems of the company.
Implement problem solving process to eliminate root cause of nonconforming parts/materials both internal and external
Establish 8 D report (Customer complaint) and delivery it on time.
Drive continuous improvements related to Quality within
Review in-process production quality control system and improve system
Workplace Area: Gateway Plant, Chachoengsao
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (Saturday around 4-5 days/ year))

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, 23-28 years
Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, Materials or related filed.
Advanced Conversation Level of English (low-middle)
Experiences of Quality Assurance Engineer (Automotive) 1-3 years
Knowledge ISO/TS16949,TATF16949
GD&T ( geometric dimensioning & tolerance) knowledge (Strong)
CMM (coordinate measuring machine )knowledge (Strong)
・Understand well quality control function
