QC Engineer (Chemical) (20K – 23K) (SDG-115557)
วิศวกรควบคุมคุณภาพ (เคมี)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspection of raw materials and products: Performs checks and tests on the quality of materials used in the production process, such as verifying chemical purity, conducting physical tests like density, melting points, and other chemical properties.
• Process control: Monitors and controls production at various stages to ensure that the products meet set quality standards, including checking equipment and testing samples taken from production runs.
• Safety inspection: Materials produced must be safe for use. ensures that products are safe for consumers and do not negatively impact the environment.
• Reporting and resolving quality issues: When quality issues arise, investigates the cause and takes corrective actions to prevent recurrence in the future.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์: ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและทดสอบคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต เช่น การตรวจสอบความบริสุทธิ์ของสารเคมี การทดสอบทางกายภาพ เช่น ความหนาแน่น จุดหลอมเหลว และคุณสมบัติทางเคมีอื่นๆ
• ควบคุมกระบวนการ: ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการผลิตในขั้นตอนต่างๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่กำหนด รวมถึงการตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และการทดสอบตัวอย่างที่นำมาจากกระบวนการผลิต

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Packaging, Material, Polymer Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year experience as QC Engineer in chemical manufacturing industry.
• Must have working experience of Lab testing, laboratory, chemical testing.
• Ability to use MS Office program.
• Conversational middle-high level of English *Interview in English.
• TOEIC 500 score is a must.
• Has R&D material experience is preferable.

• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา *สัมภาษณ์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
• ต้องได้คะแนน TOEIC 500
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านวัสดุ R&D จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
