Job Detail

・Manage labour control and volume of job assignments for each staff.
・Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality.
・Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern.
・Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained.
・Conduct audit and Quality risk analysis at the production site.
・Trouble shooting by analysis and making countermeasures to reduce monthly & daily problems.
・Keep KPI targets and analyses the problem to achieve KPI.

- Bachelor Degree in Engineer related field.
- At least 5 years working experience as QC , Quality position in Plastics manufacture.
- Has experience management subordinate under control.
- Has working experience in mold injection process.
- Has knowledge of using measurement tools , ISO/IATF , Lean System , 5Y1H.
- Advance conversation in English middle level.
- Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
