เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ (แผนกวิจัยและพัฒนา)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Judge production quality by detecting the potential risks under development stage and request R&D department to improve them in case of any problem.
• To achieve the requested KPI target.
• To consider improving the current design review system and propose creative ideas to strengthen the current.
• To review the design standard and test standard and request R&D department to revise them as needed.
• Other assigned tasks

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• พิจารณาคุณภาพการผลิตโดยตรวจจับความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในขั้นตอนการพัฒนา และให้ฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนาปรับปรุงในกรณีที่มีปัญหาเกิดขึ้น
• บรรลุเป้าหมาย KPI ตามที่ร้องขอ
• พิจารณาปรับปรุงระบบตรวจสอบการออกแบบปัจจุบันและเสนอไอเดียสร้างสรรค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างระบบปัจจุบันให้แข็งแกร่งขึ้น
• ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานการออกแบบและมาตรฐานการทดสอบ และให้ฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนาแก้ไขตามความจำเป็น
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 33-47 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering flied.
• At least 5 years’ experience in QC role in air condition or evaporator industry.
• At least 2 years’ management experience
• Experienced in testing room and R&D
• Experienced in evaluation quality.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Advance conversation low-middle level in English
• Good computer proficiency.
• Experienced with major and global companies is preferable.
• TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage.
• HVAC business, appliances, electronics, and automotive companies are preferred.
• Having excellent communication skills, leadership, and strong facilitation are preferable.
• Having flexibility, project management, coaching and mentoring skills are preferable.

• คะแนน TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไปจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• เคยทำงานบริษัทด้าน HVAC เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า, อุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, และยานยนต์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
