Quality Control & Quality Management Assistant Manager (40K–58K) (SDG-116020)
<Job responsibilities>
- "Quality Management" is one of the key areas in responsible Care Policy and Rules that should be priority for company's compliance and global policy on Quality Management.
- "Quality Control" is Functions for undertaking quality design, building stable quality into Products, making quality improvement, and carrying out other
such actions in respects of Quality Management, exclusive of actions corresponding to Quality Assurance.
- Responsible for operations to ensure process and product quality are met with Quality Regulation System, Quality Management System, and customer’s requirements.
- Review or approve documents that related to process and product quality assurance.
- Supervise and in Cooperate with internal team across functional team and customers to solve quality Issue or improve quality to meet customer satisfaction.
- Review effectiveness of complaint report and corrective action report before closure.
- Assist in the development and execution of the company’s ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning and encourage subordinates in the quality assurance Department to Continuously improve and develop product quality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry of Chemical engineer
- At least 8 years in Quality Management/ Control/ Assurance field
- Have Chemical experience
- Have legal Experience to Understand Chemical regulation.
- QC 7 tools, SPC, MSA,PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, Sampling Plan.
- Strong of quality Management systems (QMS)
- Corrective and Preventive action / 8D methodologies.
- Statistical tool, process qualification.
- Conversational High to Business level of English [English Reports, documents, email, visit supplier in region]
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 standards
- Willingness to travel as needed to Visit suppliers and other facilities within the region (mostly Visit in upcountry, Rental car with driver provided)
- Proficiency in MS office such as Words, PowerPoint, Excel, e-mail, GSE Program and QMS system
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of Chemical Material that used in Automotive parts, Printed Circuit Board Assemblies industry
- Experience in Management level or supervision level
- Early joined candidate

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)Work from home : 1 day per week (except Monday, Friday: need to work in office, in case there is a holiday in that week, cannot work from home in that week).)
