Job Responsibilities
- Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards.
- Carry out product and process auditing.
- Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained.
- Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring, rework levels, parts per million (PPM) figures.
- Stop production in the event of the manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes.
- Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF 16949 / ISO9001).
- Write product inspection/testing procedures and/or work instructions
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, or system.
- Assist with first-off sample approvals.
- Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.
- Participate in the development and refinement of Process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Assist with training of quality awareness.
- Quality control of work by appropriate reviews.
- Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
- Produce written reports and make presentations.
- Independently determine approach and assigned tasks.

- รายงานตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพหลัก (KPI) เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกระบวนการและป้องกันการเกิดความไม่สอดคล้องใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ กระบวนการ หรือระบบ
- ช่วยเหลือในการอนุมัติตัวอย่างครั้งแรก
- มีส่วนร่วมในทีมงานข้ามสายงานในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ปัจจุบันเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- เข้าร่วมในการพัฒนาและปรับแต่งกระบวนการ FMEA (การวิเคราะห์โหมดความล้มเหลวและผลกระทบ)
- ช่วยในการฝึกอบรมการรับรู้คุณภาพ
- การควบคุมคุณภาพของงานโดยการทบทวนที่เหมาะสม
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมต่างๆ และดำเนินการ/ให้คำแนะนำในการสื่อสาร
- จัดทำรายงานที่เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรและนำเสนอ
- กำหนดแนวทางและงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายอย่างเป็นอิสระ
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-33 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree or higher in the Engineering field.
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of measurement system
• Strong Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, VDA requirements
• Strong knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA)
• Advance conversation in middle-high level of English.
• Can start work immediately would be an advantage.
• Experience from 1st Tier automotive would be an advantage.
• IATF 16949 Lead Auditor / VDA 6.3 Process Audit Certification.
• Experience in the European automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.
