<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for overall R&D process (Motor control software development)

<Job Responsibilities>
・Development and design of fan motor and compressor motor control software for using in new air-conditioner products. Details are such as Motor control parameter tuning, Motor control testing, Motor control logic fixing etc.
・Work with concerned product designer to develop product specifications and coordinate product development schedule.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
・At least 3 years’ experience in the field of Electric motor control and testing.
・Has good knowledge in Electric motor control logic, Software programming, and motor control testing.
・Good communication and presentation skill.
・Advance conversation middle level in English.
・Good computer proficiency.


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in Air-Conditioners is an advantage.
・TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage
・Able to communicate in Japanese language is advantage
